The Intercollegiate Men’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) represents every men’s college lacrosse coach in the United States. The organization is committed to growing the sport of lacrosse, making it more affordable for families, and driving the addition of new collegiate programs throughout the country.
The college recruiting process in lacrosse was highly fragmented. Talented high school athletes struggled to get their stats and film in front of the right programs, while college coaches lacked a centralized, reliable way to search for prospective talent, verify academic eligibility, and track recruiting event schedules. The IMLCA Technology Committee needed a digital solution to streamline discovery, manage complex recruitment data, and provide equitable, easy-to-access visibility for student-athletes.
