In the initial phase, our team developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for PlusDelta, establishing a robust foundation with Laravel for the back end and Angular 9 for the front end. We implemented core features such as feedback collection, categorizing input as Pluses and Deltas, and anonymous contributions. By utilizing the Laravel Blade template engine, we ensured a responsive user interface and conducted thorough initial testing. This phase was pivotal in delivering a functional MVP that met the client's immediate needs.
Building on the MVP, we enhanced capabilities by incorporating user feedback and enhancing existing features. Our team implemented advanced data analysis tools and improved security measures to support effective meetings and maintain data integrity. We refined the user interface to improve navigation and responsiveness. New functionalities like QR code scanning and integration with DhtmlX Gantt charts were added.
In the third phase, our focus shifted to incorporating cutting-edge technologies to position Robins & Morton as a leader in construction management tools. Our development team is working on adding third-party integrations, such as Microsoft Project, using machine learning for predictive analytics, and enhancing real-time collaboration features. We are also introducing customization options, like the Custom Column Mode, to support brainstorming sessions.
Our commitment to the PlusDelta project continues through regular updates, bug fixes, and performance optimizations. Our dedicated support team provides ongoing technical assistance to Robins & Morton, while proactive monitoring and comprehensive user training resources enhance platform reliability and user satisfaction. This ongoing support reinforces PlusDelta's reputation as a reliable and valuable management tool for its users.
The ORIL team used a well-planned process called the Product Design Phase to ensure the product meets business goals and user needs. This process includes competitive analysis, prioritizing business objectives, creating user flows, and developing wireframes and prototypes.
ORIL’s designer collaborated closely with the customer and end users to select the right color palette, UI approach, and overall design. The final UI made the complex, feature-rich product feel light, friendly, and accessible while keeping all platform functionality available within a few clicks.
The PlusDelta platform, developed by our team, has successfully facilitated over 1,000 meetings and collected more than 10,000 notes and votes. It proved to be an effective management tool, simplifying complex processes and improving communication. Users have consistently praised the platform for its intuitive design and robust technical features, which have significantly improved Robins & Morton’s project management efficiency and overall team collaboration.
