We’re looking for a UI/UX / Product Designer to join our team and help craft high-quality digital experiences. If you enjoy solving real user problems through design and working closely with both clients and developers, this role could be a great fit.
What will you do?
- Dive into the project’s discovery phase, uncovering insights and needs.
- Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off of new and existing projects.
- Adopt and expand AI-augmented design workflows to achieve results more effectively.Own your design process and actively suggest solutions and improvements.
- Collaborate closely with clients and our development team, diplomatically convey and defend your design solutions and artifacts on video calls with clients, ensuring a cohesive project journey.
- Actively participate in the Design Department’s activities to continuously improve and expand best practices and AI-augmented workflows.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX designer and expertise in creating designs and prototypes;
- Practical experience in creating such artifacts as Competitive Analysis, User Flows, JBTD, UI designs;
- Strong online portfolio or PDF that you can share with us — examples of design artifacts listed in the point above is a must;
- Experience with Claude Code x Figma, Claude Design, Figma Make and other AI-powered design tools is a must;
- Excellency in product design tools (Figma);
- Good communication skills in English is crucial (at least B2);
- Ability to effectively present and communicate your design solutions to a working team and stakeholders, defend and advocate your design decisions;
- Knowledge of software development processes, ability to estimate design scope;
- Up-to-date with the latest AI and design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Will be a plus:
- Experience creating vibe-coded prototypes.
- Experience with the Adobe suite.
- Basic UI animation skills.
