Strong Middle/Senior QA Coordinator


We are seeking an experienced QA Coordinator to join our quality assurance team. Reporting to the QA Lead, the QA Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of client’s products by assisting in the planning, coordinating, and executing of testing activities, overseeing the documentation of bugs and test results, facilitating communication between teams, identifying potential risks and dependencies, and ensuring that testing processes are followed. This role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient feedback loop, identifying dependencies and risks, and preparing for sprint planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on coordination or management roles.
  • Upper Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration between teams.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to understand technical requirements and identify testing needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify risks and dependencies in the testing process and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with Automation QA.

What will you do?

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Ensure processes are followed for documenting bugs, test results, and other QA-related activities.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of test cases, test results, and defect reports.

Test Planning and Execution:

  • Plan the test scenarios and cases for new features and regression testing.
  • Prepare the test data and environment in advance to ensure smooth testing processes.
  • Help prioritize features to test, taking into account both new features and regression testing needs.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between the QA team and developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
  • Coordinate with developers and the Product team to ensure items are ready for QA and UAT.
  • Ensure relevant parties are informed when there is an urgent issue that needs immediate attention.

Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Keep a high-level view of the development process to identify bugs or urgent feature updates causing delays.
  • Identify dependencies or risks that might affect the testing process or quality of deliverables.
  • Help prepare for sprint planning by providing insights into the testing process and potential roadblocks.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the QA Lead to identify areas for process improvement within the QA team.
  • Participate in post-sprint reviews to provide feedback and suggest improvements for future sprints.
