What We Did: We conducted interviews with key stakeholders. These discussions helped us identify pain points in the existing sneaker trading market and define must-have features for the platform. We documented requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations.

What We Did: We conducted a detailed analysis of existing sneakers trading platforms, examining their features, user interfaces, pricing models, and user experiences. We pinpointed gaps in the market, such as limited filtering options and outdated interfaces, and leveraged these insights to define our platform’s differentiators and core features.

Objective: To map out the user journey and core workflows, ensuring every process is efficient and intuitive.
What We Did: We designed flow diagrams to visualize user interactions, from creating an account to listing sneakers, browsing products, and completing trades. Key workflows like managing bids, negotiating prices, and making payments were detailed to ensure seamless navigation. These diagrams served as a roadmap for structuring the platform’s functionality.

Objective: To structure content and features in a way that ensures easy navigation and accessibility for users.
What We Did: We developed a hierarchical sitemap, organizing pages like the home screen, sneaker catalog, user profiles, and transaction history. The structure prioritized user needs, enabling quick access to essential features such as search filters, trade management tools, and secure checkout. This foundation enhanced the platform’s usability and user retention.

What We Did: We developed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the placement of elements like search bars, filters, and trading features. These wireframes illustrated how users could browse sneakers, place bids, and manage their profiles effortlessly. Iterative testing and stakeholder feedback helped refine the design for maximum usability.

Objective: To create a visually appealing interface that reflects the brand identity and enhances user engagement.
What We Did: We designed high-fidelity mockups with a modern, clean aesthetic tailored to sneaker culture. The color palette, typography, and imagery emphasized style and energy, appealing directly to our target audience. Dynamic visuals, responsive layouts, and micro-interactions were implemented to ensure a premium user experience.

Objective: To simulate the platform’s functionality and validate the design through user testing before development.
What We Did: We created interactive prototypes that allowed users to explore the platform’s features, such as searching for sneakers, making offers, and completing trades. User testing sessions provided valuable feedback, which we used to refine the design and ensure an intuitive experience. The prototype became the foundation for development.
