We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join ORIL on a full-time basis. In this role, you will not only work on a long-term project with our client but also have the chance to enhance your skills and knowledge through our company’s business analysis workshops.
Project:
A web application that levels the information playing field by providing high-quality research & analytics delivered through a cost-effective subscription model that helps executives make informed decisions, identify and seize opportunities, and heighten their effectiveness.
Stage: Active stage of development
What will you do?
As a member of our client’s team:
- Work closely with the Product team, developers, and QA to collect detailed information on feature functionality and integration.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on the solution to ensure it meets business requirements and user expectations.
- Coach the product team on best practices in requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization.
As a member of the ORIL’s team:
- Conduct workshops for our clients to identify their business needs and propose effective solutions and improvement strategies.
- Participate in the discovery phase of projects to gather detailed business requirements.
- Document business requirements and create detailed functional specifications for the technical team.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies relevant to our clients.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in English (Upper Intermediate level or higher).
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Competence in conducting a range of business analysis workshops.
Will be a plus:
- Previous involvement in U.S.-based projects.
- Experience with Proptech products.
- Experience with AI products.

- The schedule is negotiable. Preferable working hours are from 11:00-12:00 until 20:00-21:00.The minimum requirement is to attend the product team meetings on Wednesdays at 20:00.
