ORIL is launching a new short-term internship program designed for beginner tech specialists who want to gain practical experience in a real working environment. As a company with deep expertise in the real estate domain, we offer a hands-on opportunity to bridge the gap between “pet projects” and commercial software development by building a PropTech product in a collaborative team environment, and potentially receive a full-time Junior offer.
The program lasts 2 months, with a part-time workload (20 hours per week) and a flexible schedule agreed with a mentor. In this phase, we are opening 4 positions of Trainee Full Stack Developers. Strong performance during the program may lead to future opportunities with ORIL.
What The Program Is About
This internship is built for those who want to:
- Gain real practical experience, not just theory
- Understand how PropTech products are built and developed
- Improve both technical and communication skills
- Work in a team-based environment with mentor support
You’ll go through a structured process with clear tasks, regular feedback, and defined checkpoints to track your progress.
How The Internship Works

Introduction to tools, workflows, and the PropTech domain
- Weeks 2–4 – Guided Practice

- Weeks 5–8 – Independent Practice

Real PropTech Project Experience
A core part of the program is working on a team-based mini-project in the PropTech domain.
Interns will:
- Build a product based on provided MVP scope and mockups
- Gain basic PropTech domain understanding and apply it in practice
- Propose and implement additional features
- Deliver at least one AI-related feature
- Use AI tools during development (coding, research, debugging)
This setup helps you develop not only technical skills, but also teamwork, ownership, and problem-solving.
Mentorship And Support
Throughout the internship, you will receive:
- Regular mentor guidance and Q&A sessions
- Weekly syncs to review progress and blockers
- Task and code reviews with practical feedback
- Structured midpoint and final evaluations
Our goal is to support your growth while helping you become more independent in your work.
