ORIL is an IT outsourcing company with a growing recruiting team. We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team of 2 recruiters and support full-cycle hiring for a variety of tech and non-tech roles across our projects.
What You’ll Do
- Actively source and engage candidates using various channels
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Hurma)
- Track candidate pipeline status and flag delays or bottlenecks
- Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pool for recurring role types
- Communicate with partner companies regarding current recruitment requests
- Maintain and update the database of corporate CVs
What We’re Looking For
- 0.5–1 year of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing
- Hands-on experience with different sourcing channels and approaches
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- English level: Intermediate Strong or higher
- Practical knowledge of recruitment tools and HR databases
- Good understanding of IT industry and tech roles
Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools in recruiting (e.g., AI-assisted sourcing, screening, or outreach)
- Experience with an ATS (Hurma or similar)
- Experience with recruitment metrics and funnel analysis
