Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist with solid experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach automation. You will design and execute outbound campaigns, support event-based lead generation, and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

What are we looking for?

• 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach.
• Proficiency with outreach and automation tools (LinkedHelper, Apollo.io).
• Experience with personalized outreach campaigns and follow-ups.
• Strong knowledge of CRM, experience in managing campaigns inside of CRM (preferably HubSpot or similar).
• Strong research skills and ICP-based prospecting expertise.
• English level B2+ (written & spoken).
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong writing skills… creating engaging texts
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with ABM campaigns.
• Experience in generating leads through attending conferences and industry events.
• Experience working with the US and European markets.

What will you do?

• Launch, run, and optimize LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns targeting our ICP, including personalized sequences and follow-ups.
• Use and improve AI agents and workflows to scale outreach and automate repetitive lead generation tasks.
• Run partnership campaigns and build long-term relationships through social selling, conference meetings, and referral networks – the goal is to nurture trust-based connections that generate leads over time.
• Qualify leads and schedule intro meetings for the sales team.
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) data accurate and up to date.
• Track campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies — measured by qualified meetings booked and SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) conversion rate.
• Monitor Upwork and outstaff platforms (no active bidding).
