We are looking for a highly motivated Trainee/Junior Project Manager to join our team. If you have a foundational understanding of how IT products are built and ready to move from theory to real-world project coordination, this is the perfect place to start!
— Support daily project activities: coordinating development teams, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks move forward;
— Assist in project planning, managing timelines and people management;
— Help maintain clear communication between the team and clients, ensuring everyone is on the same page;
— Participate in Scrum ceremonies and help organize them;
— Assist in creating and maintain management documentation;
— Participate in ORIL’s Project Management Community;
Experience:
— Approximately 0.5+ years of experience in IT as a Junior PM or coordination/management roles in other industries;
— Completion of a specialized IT PM course;
Communication:
— Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level or higher;
— Strong business written and verbal communication skills;
— Comfortable with negotiation and resolving issues;

— Proactive Growth & Initiative: A mindset of a lifelong learner who proactively identifies issues, suggests improvements, and takes action without constant direction;

— Confident Communication & Negotiation: Ability to communicate clearly and share ideas confidently with team members and stakeholders, supporting discussions on scope, priorities, and timelines;
— Attention to Detail: High level of precision to ensure accuracy in documentation, task tracking, and project communication.
Tech Skills:
— Fundamental understanding and practical experience in Agile environments;
— Basic understanding of various estimation techniques; Familiarity with various estimation techniques.
— Ability to flag potential issues and escalate when needed;
— Stakeholder management skills;
— Basic understanding of the SDLC, software development technologies, and general application architecture constructs;
— Experience with project management tools: Jira, Trello, Asana, Slack, etc.;
Will be a plus:
— Previous experience in a technical role (QA, Support, Junior Dev);
— Participation in IT marathons, hackathons, or pet projects.
