We are looking for 2 motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Manual QA Engineers to join our 2-month internship program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real PropTech project, work with AI tools, and potentially receive a full-time offer based on your performance.
This role is perfect for those who have recently completed QA courses, are curious about product behavior, and want to learn from experienced mentors while working in a collaborative team environment.
What are we looking for?
- Completion of QA courses, bootcamps, or personal testing projects.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA concepts.
- Understanding of web-based and mobile application testing.
- Familiarity with test cases, bug reports, and QA documentation (even from courses or pet projects).
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum concepts.
- Familiarity with bug-tracking and test-management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail).
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of REST API testing.
- SQL basics or experience working with databases.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS.
What will you do?
- Work in a team of 2 on a PropTech mini-project (MVP implementation).
- Perform manual testing, create test documentation, and report bugs.
- Leverage AI tools for test case generation, research, and daily tasks.
- Collaborate with mentors and participate in weekly syncs and code/task reviews.
- Propose and implement additional features (including at least one AI-related feature).
- Gain domain knowledge in the PropTech industry.
Internship Format & Conditions:
- Duration: 2 months.
- Type: Unpaid internship.
- Workload: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule agreed with a mentor).
- Equipment: Interns use their own equipment (laptop).
- Location: Fully remote or from our office in Lviv.
