We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. We’re looking for a person who is a challenger, who gets things done, and who cares about communication.
This is a 60% sales management and 40% sales prospect communication and nurturing role.
Requirements:
Experience:
- 3+ years of Sales experience at software development companies (1+ year of experience in sales leadership positions);
- Experience in sales strategy development and its successful implementation;
- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
Communication:
- B2/С1 English level – written and spoken;
- Excellent business communication and presentation skills (written and verbal);
- Experience in communication with foreign customers (US/Canadian market);
- Good/organic understanding of US culture and mentality.
General Skills:
- Can lead and motivate sales team independently without a need for additional guidance;
- A self-driven person with a responsible attitude to work;
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities;
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Will be a plus:
- Other experience in IT industry (e.g. as Account Manager, Tech, PM, Customer Service);
- Previous experience in lead generation and its automation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Initial communication and negotiations with prospects: respond, engage and qualify potential clients. Set up and conduct calls with qualified prospects;
- Identify prospect’s needs and suggest appropriate services;
- Building long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities. Lead nurturing;
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and prospect qualification information in CRM;
- Lead a team of lead generation managers, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently
- Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the actions that team members can take to improve each month;
- Update sales materials, such as message templates, scripts, and pitch decks;
- Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on a strategic sales approach.
