Sales Closer

As a Sales Closer, you will be instrumental in converting high-potential leads into loyal clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive deal closures through strategic meetings, presentations, and negotiations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Close Deals. Main focus of this role would be closing deals (converting leads into clients)
  • Lead Engagement. Conduct impactful meetings, presentations, and negotiations with leads to advance deals to closure
  • Networking. Actively engage with leads through conferences, tech events, client visits, and roadshows to build valuable connections.
  • Relationship Management.Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with leads to foster trust and facilitate deal closures
  • Team Collaboration. Work closely with lead generation team to design and implement effective outreach campaigns
  • Contract Negotiation. Negotiate collaboration terms and contracts with leads, ensuring favorable outcomes
  • Sales Process Optimization. Develop and execute effective sales processes and best practices aimed to maximize deal closures


What We Expect:

Experience:

  • IT Sales Expertise. 5+ years in IT sales, with a minimum of 3+ years specifically in sales closing positions
  • Contract Negotiation. Proven experience in negotiating and closing diverse software development contracts, including long & short term, outstaff, outsource, fix-price, small & large teams
  • Event Participation. Demonstrated success in active participation at conferences, networking events, conducting roadshows

  • Fluent English. Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Business Communication. Excellent business communication skills, with a strong command of persuasive and negotiation techniques. Brilliant problem solvers and story-tellers
  • Practice Situational Adaptability: The ability to adapt your approach and demeanor in real time, to match the shifting demand of different situations.
  • Influence Effectively: Demonstrate organizational and interpersonal savviness to maneuver comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related dynamics.
  • Cultural Awareness. In-depth understanding of U.S. culture and specific communication habits

  • Networking Proficiency. Strong ability to build and leverage professional networks to drive business opportunities.
  • Interpersonal Skills. Exceptional people skills, with the ability to connect and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Initiative and Independence. Capable of taking initiative and working independently when required.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency. Skilled in using CRM software and sales management systems, for example Hubspot, Snovio, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.


Will be a plus:

  • Industry Insight: Knowledge of or experience in the following industries: PropTech, FinTech, MarTech, HealthTech, Marketplace, Transportation, and Automotive.
  • Market Analysis: Proven ability to analyze market trends, adjust strategies to align with changing conditions, and conduct research to explore and develop new markets.
  • Sales Channel Research: Experience in identifying and evaluating new sales channels to uncover fresh prospecting opportunities.
  • IT Industry Experience: Additional background in the IT industry, including roles such as Account Manager, Technical positions, Project Manager, or Engagement Manager.
